This Privacy Policy describes how Marketing Tools (“the application”) accesses, uses, stores, and shares information. Marketing Tools is a personal-use, locally operated integration for retrieving and analyzing marketing data through official provider APIs. Its current Google Ads integration is read-only.
Information accessed
With the user’s explicit authorization, the application may access:
- basic Google account identity information, including the account email address;
- Google Ads customer and manager account identifiers;
- Google Ads campaign, advertisement, keyword, performance, billing, and reporting data available to the authorized account.
How information is used
The application uses this information only to:
- discover Google Ads accounts available to the authorized user;
- retrieve reports explicitly requested by the user;
- analyze advertising performance;
- present requested results through the user’s local Oh My Pi environment.
The Google Ads integration does not create, modify, publish, or delete campaigns or other advertising entities.
Local storage
OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored locally on the user’s computer in encrypted form. Google Ads account identifiers and local project bindings may also be stored on that computer so the application can remember the user’s selected accounts. The application operator does not run an external server that stores retrieved Google Ads reports.
AI-assisted analysis and data sharing
When the user requests AI-assisted analysis, selected report data may be transmitted by Oh My Pi to the language-model provider explicitly configured by the user. The application does not independently choose that provider.
The application does not sell personal information or Google user data. Information is shared only as needed to communicate with Google APIs and to process a request through services explicitly selected and configured by the user.
Data retention and deletion
Locally stored OAuth credentials and account bindings remain on the user’s computer until the corresponding authorization profile is removed. The user may revoke the application’s Google access at any time through Google Account permissions.

Security
The application uses Google OAuth 2.0. Credentials are stored locally and are not intentionally disclosed publicly. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but reasonable safeguards are used for the personal-use operating environment.

This policy may be updated when the application’s functionality or data-processing practices change. The latest version will be published on this page, with the revision date shown above.
